i was wondering if everybody could share their favourite shlokas in Sanskrit

that they consider near and dear to their hearts and recite it often. I recite

for eg. the Aditya Hridayam, Shankara's Dasasloki, Nirvana Ashtakam. I consider

them all to be very powerful.

Please share any more shlokas that are powerful and beneficial. Often we in the

west do not hear of the shlokas that are recited in India...

If the devotees who do recite any that they feel have helped them intheir lives

i would be very grateful to learn of them

with much love and regards

There is this CD by Ravi Shankar entitled 'Chants of India'. It has many

mantras set to great music. Most of the popular Vedic Mantras are chanted

in this recording. Worth keeping in your collection.

Hi Sampath

It was produced by George Harrison of " The Beatles " . I don't know if any

major record label name is associated with this work. But I like it very

much too. Its very well done.
