Jay i was thinking may be the word " soma " is being misunderstood . I recall

something about Shree Ram Krishna Paramhansa that he went in to trance on

seeing the drunkards.

 

May be the word " soma " means the divine wine. Meditation can in one sense

be called divine wine. When yogi is in a higher stage of meditation Just

in one moment it takes one in to a drunkard kind of state.
