Hello all,

I would be very interested in introducing my four year old son to yoga and

meditation - can anyone advise me? I am based in London.

Many Thanks,

Dear Alex

I do not know of any classes on Yoga for such a young age group.

Possibly someone can set it up?

We operate classes on Hinduism for all age groups

in the Wembley area but these are not specifically for meditation.

Idea of setting up meditation classes for the

very young sounds good.

regards

jay
