yesterday i happened to read a speech by Pujya Gurudev on Kriya Yoga and

Kundalini Jaagrana. N i was very much surprised when i heard Pujya Gurudev

say that if Kundalini Jaagran equals Matric ( 10 th Class ) then Kriyaa

Yoga equals M.A ( Masters in some subject ). I always thought that

Kundalini Jaagran is the last thing.

 

Pujya Gurudev said that Lahari Mahasaya n Swami Vishudhanandji r the well

known names in Kriyaa Yoga but the ocean the Kriya Yoga is so vast that

one can't fathom it that easily.

 

And he said that when our kundalini gets fully awakened then we get only 3

kalaas. He described 3 procedures through which we can ge 3 more kalaas.

These r the kalaas from the 16 kalaas which Shree krishnaji had ( I guess

this what he meant there).

 

Then he said something abt " Soham " Mantra. If we recite soham mantra in

one specific way then we can reach to a stage in which we can sit in a

particular posture in air to meditate. It seems its imp. for the

comeplete fulfillment of Kriyaa Yogaa to have a Asan in air.
