No good and evil

Hi,

Is the idea that there is no difference between good and evil found in the

Bhagavadgîtâ and also any other text of Hinduism?

Thank you.

Good/Evil

Not necessarily in just the Bhagavad Gita but in Hindu philosophy it

is recognised that difference between good and evil is not that easy

to work out - the demarcation is not absolute.

It will be either relative (what is good for one may be evil for another)

Or It is partial (what is good now may turn out to be bad in future)

Or it is just conventional .( a priory).

Hence Hinduism says 'all are good' the difference is not in quality

but in the level of goodness manifested. (a relative scale).

We are all going towards greater good from lesser good.

sometimes this lesser good appears very pointed and we

call it 'evil'

Hope this helps a little
