Guest guest
If we look from the view of Vishva Roopa of Shree Krishna which Shri Krishna showed it to Arjuna then according to that there is no good n evil. But this only be visualised when one becomes Brahama. For us there r good n evils. Yes its relative. All the good n evil things r defined reltive to this physical body, mind and soul. I guess only enlightened Guru is above good n evil coz he is there only to teach. N i guess thats y he is called the embodiment of Lord. > Message: 2 > Sat, 24 Feb 2001 10:26:30 -0000 > " Vivekananda Centre " <vivekananda > Good / Evil > > Interesting question seen on the internet...... > Maybe other list members can give a response too.... > > Message: 1 > Sat, 24 Feb 2001 16:08:25 +0800 > wynn <wewynal > No good and evil > > Hi, > > Is the idea that there is no difference between good and evil found in the > Bhagavadgîtâ and also any other text of Hinduism? > > Thank you. > > > ======reply from Vivekananda Centre London====== > Good/Evil > > Not necessarily in just the Bhagavad Gita but in Hindu philosophy it > is recognised that difference between good and evil is not that easy > to work out - the demarcation is not absolute. > > It will be either relative (what is good for one may be evil for another) > Or It is partial (what is good now may turn out to be bad in future) > Or it is just conventional .( a priory). > > Hence Hinduism says 'all are good' the difference is not in quality > but in the level of goodness manifested.
