Guest guest
I had enquired with our Seattle Vedanta Centre about the effects of the earthquake on the centre - they had said all are well. The Seattle Centre has come up with a new publication details enclosed.... jay ============================= > Dear Devra, Brother Ben > > I heard that there was an earthquake in Seattle. > How are you all? Please email me back. > > regards > jay > Vivekananda Centre London ==========reply========= > Dear Jay, We are all fine here. No one was hurt at all. We got shook up; it was scary. The Ashrama is fine, as is the monastery. A few things tumbled down. And we will have to replace the chimney, which needed to be changed anyway. But no one was hurt at all. It was 30 miles deep, which saved us. With best wishes, Devra P.S.
