Meeting at London Interfaith Centre

Yesterday we had a very successful, well attended meeting

at the London Interfaith Centre.

Sister Gayatriprana of the San Francisco Centre made a

very interesting presentation entitled: 'An overview of

Swami Vivekananda's Yoga for the West'. The presentation was

attended by dignitaries from other faith bodies, religious education

bodies, teachers, interfaith bodies, scholars from universities

and devotees from the Vedanta Centre as well as the Vivekananda Centre.

 

Her presentation involved a five level approach. We can comment

that this was a very unusual and lateral presentation on the teachings of

Swami Vivekananda.
