Practising and propagating energy healing methods. what all these things refer to. One more doubt i have with in me is realisation of " Kundalini " . What exactly is it? Can a normal human realise it? What do you mean by chakra and where is it. Please write to me detailed in all the three topics i will be grateful to you if you do so.
