Guest guest
Hello All, I'm hoping that one or more of my fellow list members will be able to help me. I'm preparing a presentation for a conference which deals with Vivekananda's Raja Yoga. However, I have been able to find out little about the circumstances of the composition and publication of this work. I know that the introductory/explanatory material in the book was first given in lecture-form in America, and that the book was first published in 1896 in England. Does anyone have access to some biographical or other sources which give more specific information about the composition and publication of the work, the circumstances that prompted it, its editing, Swamiji's own reflections on the book, or any other related information? Unfortunately, I don't have immediate access to many relevant books at this time. This is quite important for my presentation, so I'll be really thankful to anyone who can provide some information. Thanks in advance, Kristen umhardy
