It is known that some wondering monks may resort to such useage but the practice is not considered mainstream Hinduism. It is recognised that drugs may induce altered states of the mind. The aim of Yoga is the master the mind and not allow the mind to do even more weird gymnastics (through drugs) hence the use of drugs is not encouraged. jay....
