Dear Friend-

Prayer, like Service, benefits you by making your mind

and heart open to God's grace and love. It purifies

you- it brings humility and thus cleanses the ego. As

Sri Ramakrishna said: " The winds of grace are always

blowing, just lift your sail. " By praying, you are

lifting your " sail. "

The will of God is dynamic and conscious and not a static one. Therefore, he

responds to our prayers and also makes changes in His Cosmic plans to suit our

prayers.

Debajit
