In the book (Meditation for Christians: Prayer of Stillness, Surrender & Revelation), I have attempted to describe and justify meditation and watchfulness based on the teachings of the Holy Bible. My book, of course, is intended for Christians, but I am eager to receive feedback from Vedantists, as the teachings of Christ and Vedanta are so similar. Thank you and God Bless!
