Guest guest
Dear Anna; I do not consider myself knowledgeable but to me it seems that any action which is not motivated by a selfish gain, be it tangible or intangible or directed by ego and done as a service to God without expecting a reward will be an effective Karma. Renunciation is difficult for me to comment separately but it would seem not getting attached to any thing specially to the fruit of your action will be an effective renunciation. Other learned people can probably say it much better then I did. Anup
