I have received the thumbnail prints for our photo album and am in the process of incorporating them on our site. If you visit our main page http://www.vivekananda.btinternet.co.uk you will find a link called Sarada Mandir. The person who has designed this site had started writing up the Kathamrita. He has not completed the job. You can see that he has worked very hard. I understand that he (who does not like to be named) is working on it to complete it. We are also incorporating the book Vivekananda on the Vedas and Upanishads by Sister Gayatriprana on our site. http://www.vivekananda.btinternet.co.uk/veda.htm If you visit our home page http://www.vivekananda.btinternet.co.uk/home.htm You will find that there are a few sites there that contain other material related to the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Sri Ramakrishna. If any list members know of any other relevant sites that should be linked from our home page please let me know. The CD: CD with Complete works of Swami Vivekananda can be bought from the Advaita Ashram and contains a great deal of material (including All the six volumes of Sister Gargi's recent discoveries). regards jay
Guest guest
Hi Jay - So what am I supposed to do ? Any other work you would like me to do ? What about the PDF version ? If anybody has already done some online stuff then I would love to make some PDF versions of that including good photos in that material. What you think ? Let me know your views. Also can you give me the email id of Ramakrishna Math, Belur or the Head Quarters about publication ? So that I will directly contact them and ask about some work to be done. Regards. If anybody has already done some ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~response~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Anand It seems that you too are gripped by Vivekananda. There is plenty of work we can do. Trying to get permission from Advaita Ashram to produce the Gospel on the Internet may be a very slow process. I suggest we do something different. It may be a good idea to collect thorough information on all the Ramakrishna movements round the world and place this information on our home page. The information we have at the moment is not complete in many respcts. You can produce a table showing all the RK Affiliated (And Non Affiliated) Centres details including full postal and internet addresses, website addresses, and names of the main Monks at those centre. Include brief details of the main activity of that centre (i.e. hopsital, school, monastry) If you visit our home page you will get an idea of what we were trying to produce - you can also visit our resources page and that will give you some information about individual centres. These two pages are at: http://www.vivekananda.btinterent.co.uk/home.htm http://www.vivekananda.btinternet.co.uk/resources.htm There may be other items on the resources pages that need enhancing -- you may have some ideas. regards jay - " SRK Child " <srkchild online stuff then I would love to make some PDF versions of that including good photos in that material.
