take a lakh of japs in one day because the greatest of ajapa yoga which has to

be given to you by a guru is already equal to a crore of normal mouth uttered

naams/// so my friends - please take the name of god from your guru and

constantly take the name of god by breathing in the name of god and brething

out naam /// this is like the philosopher " s stone or " paras " which can turn

any metal into gold or in truth remove all our sins and blemishes on our heart

and turn our heart into a golden chamber of sublime beauty enabling the lord

to himself come and stay in our heart eternally/// that is the power of pure

Different people have different ways of chanting. you are right..you could

chant it as fast as you do...but i did read that " akshara shuddhi " is

important. Swami Shivananda's Japa Yoga is really an amazing book for this.
