Sri Ramakrishna never hated woman

Dear friend,

It is nice to know that you have gone through the

Kathamrita. But I am sad to see that u have missed a

few points. Sri Ramakrishna never hated woman.On the

contrary he posed them in the stand of highest

spritual height. Otherwise why would he marry? He is

the first Avatar who said that even being a

householder one can obtain God.

 

There are signs and prescriptions of avoiding women

for certain people. People who are suited to become

monks are being to instructed to do that. On the other

hand we common householders have to be aware of the

hidden danger of the sexual desire that originates

from the sight of women because that destroys the

balance of our mind and is a hindrance to our

progress.

 

But the other point made by Him is that look at the

women as the symbol of the divine Mother and then the

whole outlook changes. That is the sadhna for us.
