Greetings all,

I am Ona, Iam new to the group and I just wanted to introduce myself. I

have just began to read and practice Raja Yoga and I welcome any

assistance, guidance, and words of encouragement from the group. I have

many obstacles to hurdle one at a time. By going within to my divine

nature I know that all obstacles will be removed from my path.

Namaste,

Ona

Dear Satya. I am trying it myself. Will let you know if I am successful.

Remember Brahmacharya goes beyond physical abstinence.

Good luck

Anup
