I would say, yes, a self-realized person would " know " everything (or everything that God wants them to know at a given point on their spiritual journey), but the " knowing " would be with the " heart, " not necessarily with the " head. " It would be an " experiential " knowledge of Truth, rather than an " intellectual " knowledge of our physical universe. As the self-realized person has given their " power of attorney " to God, this knowing (whether of the Infinite or the finite) would be on an " as needed " basis. Sri Ramakrishna was wholly self-realized, but was ignorant of mechanical engineering and quantum physics. However, the Divine Mother would certainly provide Him with any knowledge necessary (including mechanical engineering and quantum physics) to accomplish Her will with His life.
