Guest guest
Namaste, Judge not!! 1. Thakur used to reject donations from many business people. 2. There is an incident when a maid touched his feet with reverence; he immediately washed his feet with Ganges water, advised her with great compassion not to touch him again and to pray with devotion. 3. Thakur made sure no newspapers were in the room wherever he met with devotees! [He would have heartily supported Thich Nhat Hanh's precepts!] 4. Monks and organisations have to set their own priorities of where they can function best. R-K Mission monks spend more time doing this than the protesters and reporters. Guest guest
I am quite disturbed by this article. With due respects to the monk fraternity and their priorities I do feel there could have been some other way other than to sell the house to a brothel owner to respect the wishes of the departed soul. If she were to see that the house she donated would be a brothel again she wouldnt have given it to RKMSP in the first place. This did not turn out into a Yatharta Dana in case of that poor soul. I shall pray for her forgiveness. Sam
