Milind Vivekananda Centre [vivekananda] Saturday, 9 March 2002 11:41 AM list [sri Ramakrishna] Experiences in London Dear List Let me share something with the list. Today I was again invited to talk at the Christian Theological college in London - to the same group of 20 or so Ministers I had encountered at two earlier meetings. The last meeting had resulted in me passing some sharp remarks which had made me a bit apprehensive about today's encounter...... But by the grace of our mentor the talk and the subsequent question and answer session were well received and I was given a very cordial applause : ) I have been building bridges with many communities. Once I feel convinced that these people are sincere about spiritual matters I feel very comfortable with them and can interact strongly. The topic today was: 'Hindu perspective on the question of suffering' I started by saying: The question of suffering has caused a great deal of suffering for countless theologians of all monotheist religions : ) jay Sri Ramakrishnaye Namah Vivekananda Centre London http://www.vivekananda.co.uk
