This is the 100 th year of the Great Master Swami Vivekananda attaining

Mahasamadhi. Before he left this world these immortal words fell from the

lips of this Great Acharya of the modern age : " It may be that I shall find

it good to get outside of my body-to cast it off like a disused garment. But

I shall not cease to work! I shall inspire men everywhere, until the world

shall know that it is one with God " Swamiji is still inspiring and Kerala

which is God's own country is ever eager to receive his inspiration. Swami

Vivekananda visited Ernakulam in 1892.

 

This Devotees' Conference, therefore, is an offering at the holy feet of

Swami Vivekananda.

 

It gives us great pleasure to bring to your attention that First All Kerala

Sri Ramakrishna Bhakta Sammelan is to be held in Ernakulam on Saturday,

the11th and Sunday, the 12th May, 2002. All the Revered Swamijis of the Math

have blessed us and are guiding us in this very first endeavor. The two days

spiritual get together will bring us all nearer to Sri Ramakrishna, Sri

Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda and strengthen our oneness and help us to

move forward in our spiritual journey with more confidence and courage. As

we all know this is the call of the Time, when dark forces around us are

trying to crush us down in every way at every moment-Sri Ramakrishna the

best of avataras should be our savior and guide in our lives.

 

We are expecting a good number of devotees to participate and are making all

efforts to ensure not only the success of the programme but also the

comforts of the delegates. A small registration fee of RS. 200/- is kept to

facilitate our preparations for the conference. The amount may kindly be

sent by M. O or Demand Draft drawn in the name of " All Kerala Sri

Ramakrishna Bhakta Sammelan, Ernakulam. " Any donations in cash or kind such

as rice etc., for the conference will also be thankfully accepted.

Collection of Advertisement for the Souvenir will be your offering at the

feet of Bhagwan Sri Ramakrishna.

 

The programme will include lectures by eminent Swamijis of Sri Ramakrishna

Math all over the country, bhajans, meditation and cultural programmes etc.,

which will be highly enriching for the seekers.

 

May the blessings of Sri Ramakrishna be on all of us.
