I dont have words to express my endless happiness after finding

such a nice and inspiring platform to share and understanding the

views on spirituality, an effort to lead one from self to SELF.

I am a student persuing my PG in management and looking forward to

some tips on value based management, how to tackle ethical dilemma

and emotional intelligence.

I would highly appreciate if some erudite can throw some light on

these burning issues of management.
