respected sir/mam, i'm working on samskaras in the Ramayana.I want 2 know

something related 2 my topic.If u can help me in my research work i'll be

highly obliged.thanks

Dear Shwetanshu

 

If by Samskars one implies 'actions that leave good impressions

or imprints' in the mind. Then the Ramayana is full of illustrations

of 'ideal behaviour' at all levels in society. If by 'Samskaras'

you mean sacraments or rites of passages, then you may have to

look up specific texts relating to the ritual portions invoked in

the Ramayana. I am passing this message to our list members

they may be able to help you with more information on this topic.
