A person was walking to the nearby town few kilometers away from his village. He carried a food pack. After he traveled an hour he felt that his food pack was too heavy to carry. Unable to bear the load, he decided to eat it away. He finally ate the whole pack. He began his journey to the town. Now he felt his journey was joyful, since there was nothing to carry.

The food is analogous to god. If the food pack is in the hand, it is Dwaithism, when he is different from the food. If the food is consumed, there is no difference between him and the food. This is Adwaithism.
