My dear friends and like minded persons

 

Reg: MAHAA KAVI KAALIDAAS GNANA RATNA AWARD

 

Some time ago, some news media brought information to me that Mahaa

Kavi Kaalidaas bronze idol was installed in China. I brought this

to the notice of all of you and expressed my feelings as to how we

could not do such when a neighboring country could respect our Great

Poet. After seriously contemplating on this, I really felt as to

why I can not take lead towards this though financially and

organization wise I am not that strong.

 

Now the bells rang, I made plans to make use the platform where one

year is completed after the POONAAHUTI day of the HISTORICAL MEGA

EVENT SHRI ASWAMEDHAYAAGAM which falls on 8th of December 2006.

Arrangements are being made to organize this Holy Event function

coupled with granting of the award. Shri Jana Reddy- Hon `ble Home

Minister, Janaab Shabbir Ali-Hon `ble Minister, Smt Sabita Indra

Reddy – Hon `ble Minister agreed to participate in the function

where a new news paper VAARTHA TARANGAALU and VELUGU have planned to

organize their paper release function duly respecting me and my

wife – as they consider me as their inspiring force. On the same

dais, under the banner of AANANDAASHRAMAM the Award is going to be

presented through the hands of Shri P V R K Prasad IAS (Retd) and

Shri P Venkateswarlu CMD Kakatiya Cement.

 

The awardee is a well noted personality in the field of Literature

and Sanskrit language MAHAAMAHOPAADHYAYA ACHARYA PULLELA SRI RAMA

CHANDRUDU. The venue being Rangareddy District ZP Meeting Hall,

Khairatabad, Hyderabad and the function starts at 6.30 p.m. and it

will lasts for two hours or so.

 

The same day and on the same dais, the entire SHRI ASWAMEDHAYAAGAM

team is going to be honored for their involvement and commitment to

the cause when both the commentators Dr Ananta Lakshmi and Dr

Kandadai Srinivaasacharya make the function more interesting with

their poetic Excellency.

 

I believe that NOTHING BEING IMPOSSIBLE WHEN COMMITTED and this

small team are taking a lead towards this. I request all of you to

kindly attend the function and treat this as personal invitation due

to pressure of work and shortage of time.
