Guest guest
Sai Ram. I was reading with interest the articles about Sri Maha Vishnu and Indra. Upendra to my understanding means one who stays near Indra (Like Paramatma always stays near Jeevatma and witnesses all that the Jeevatma experiences). To say Vishnu is born after Indra is not correct in my opinion (I would like to be corrected if I am wrong). Indra is the lord of Indriyas, the sensory organs. Thus enjoys pleasures and pains. Upendra remains a silent witness without taking part. Upa means near to the best of my knowledge. Sanskrit scholars may correct us. Guest guest
I beg to differ. This was what I read, and was explained by my Sanskrit guruvu garu. Regardless HE IS THE VISWABHARA!, what difference does it make! Jai Sri Datta Guru Deva! Trimurthiswaroopa! Sri Sapathagiriswamy! SARVAM VISHNUMAYAM, and confirming to all " THE THREE OF US ARE THE SAME, HE CAME AS DATTA GRUVARYA TO DISPERSE THE CONFUSION. " No one can ever understand, analyze or explain the Swamy we all fondly pray to! The story goes like this, the seven blind men felt one elephant, and expressed " this is how the elephant is " . HE IS BEYOND IMAGINATION, what ever way one prays HE RECEIVES WITH LOVE! AA SWAMY ADIGE'DI BHAKTHI, ICCHE'DI MUKTHI! SARVA JAGANNATHUDU, SAHASRANAAMUDU ELA PILISTHE' ALAAGE' PALUKUTHAADU! AAYANA THANDRI, MANAM AAYANA PILLALAM! Regards, Ohm Tat Sat! Manjula Mangipudy Manjula Mangipudy <raasvihaari
