Guest guest
Chinna Katha: Real Story. Very recently, I went to Gita Press Book Stall to purchase Gita books for free distribution. I know all the staff as I frequent the shop. They greet me warmly whenever I visit the shop. All of them are spiritually charged and they do their service altruistically. I ordered for 1000 copies of Gita. Usually two staff members, Mr. Ganesh and Mr. Motilal Soni bring the books in a trolley and load them personally. They could load only four bundles. Mr. Ganesh told that he would bring the remaining bundles in an auto to our office. I offered rupees forty to Motilal Soni and Ganesh for their selfless service in loading the bundles into my car. Motilal did not take the money but uttered Narayana Narayana. Ganesh also refused to take the money. Finally accepted the money after my persuasion. I reached my office along with the book bundles. Mr. Ganesh reached my office in auto along with remaining bundles. He had no food, it was 2 p.m. I offered him coffee. While sipping coffee, he told me an astonishing fact. He told that Mr. Motilal Soni, who loaded the books along with him, was none other than the Managing Director of Hyderabad Branch. He doesn't talk till 12 noon everyday (Mouna Vrata). He opens his mouth with Divya Namam Narayana Narayana. He takes food only once in a day. I was shocked to hear that he is the MD of Gita Press Hyderabad Branch. I offered him tips thinking that he is an Amali. What a stupid act? Mr. Ganesh further added that Mr. Motilal Soni is a crorepati. He leads a simple life and dedicates himself in the service of God. It seems he performed his grandson's marriage recently. He booked air- conditioned rooms in thirty hotels and made Ganesh to occupy one room along with his family. It seems Mr. Motilal Soni slept along with hotel staff outside the room, in a hall. What a simplicity! Mr. Ganesh concluded that He did not see god personally but for him Mr. Motilal Soni is God living with them in flesh and blood. I was thrilled by this experience. I wanted to buy Bhagvadgita books, but I found Lord Krishna himself in the form of Motilal, a great saint! yad yad vibhutimat sattvam srimad urjitam eva va tat tad evavagaccha tvam mama tejo-'msa-sambhavam Synonyms yat yat--whatever; vibhuti--opulences; mat--having; sattvam-- existence; sri-mat--beautiful; urjitam--glorious; eva--certainly; va- -or; tat tat--all those; eva--certainly; avagaccha--must know; tvam-- you; mama--My; tejah--of the splendor; amsa--a part; sambhavam--born of. Guest guest
Dear Vishnuprasad Garu and everybody in TBP,Love and Love alone .... First of all, I wish you all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. How can call you it " Katha " , whether it is big or small? It is NOT AT ALL a Katha, it is a real experience and an " eye-opener " for every one of us. It shows, beyond doubt, how one can live a life completely dedicated to Lord, in real sense -- in thought, word and action. May God Bestow HIS Choicest Blessings on this Great Yogi -- Mr. Motilal Soni. Kindly convey my Pranams to him without fail. Love and Love alone ...P. Gopi Krishna Chinna Katha: Real Story.
