Guest guest
Dear All in TBP, Love and Love alone... Here is a Chinna Katha, which I read in His Lotus Feet Group. Let us be careful in our thoughts, words and deeds. Love and Love alone .... P. Gopi Krishna Once there lived a father who had a son with mental disability. He believed that his son had done something wrong in his previous life, so he is suffering now. He once happened to meet a saint. He sought his solace. After a few moments, the saint replied that, in his previous life, his son had beaten a COW with a stick. Immediately taking over, the man asked the saint, why was he then punished with such a son?! The saint cooly replied, " It was YOU who have handed over the boy the stick to beat the cow! " . [Don't ask me the question how the saint learnt this?] Alas! For beating the cow, the son was born with mental disability. Father had also to undergo agony of begetting a mentally retarded son! Both are punished equally for the same offence, though committed differently. Moral: Act prudently and responsibly.
