In order to avert suffering and sorrow, constantly meditate on the

void, which is the space of consciousness (chidakasa), on the right

side of the chest, where the spiritual heart is located. One not

meditating in this way, remains samsari (a worldly individual),

forever in bondage to worldly attachments, like the silkworm in its

self-made cocoon.

The quote indeed is a Truth beyond doubt and we have no dispute.

But, thereafter it looses its charm when we set about to implenent it!

When you decide that " I am " going to medidate at The Hrudaya stana, you

have already gone away from the focus! What is called for is a choice

less awareness as Sri J. Krishnamurti was frequently saying.

Dear Moorthy Garu, Love and Love alone....

Having accepted the quote as Truth, what loses its charm is not the Truth, but

the mood of the individual's mind. That is the reason, Bhagawan always used to

ask the devotee to question himself or enquire " Who am I " or " Who is getting the

thought " ? At a deeper level, as you keep on digging, you get the water. Our duty

is only to implement it but NOT to get entangled in thoughts such as, " whether

it is charming or not?! " Who are you/we to decide? It has already been decided

and you/we have to simply implement it, without questioning. It is also a

choiceless choice, as the desire to get moksha or realisation or mukti or

salvation or anything you name it, is also a desireless desire. I hope I am
