Guest guest
Dear colleagues / Fellow members of TBP May be I am late in responding as I came a/c just now and thought of sharing this information. I am privileged if my attempt serves to help / ease the sadhakas even in a small way. As a matter of fact, nasagram as stated by Bhagawan in Geetha is nasagram ie tip of the nose only. So also bhrukuti is bhrumadhyam ie middle portion of two eye brows. pranam is breathing ie uchwasa niswasa. Among many, these three are mostly prescribed by teachers depending upon the ease & convenience to sadhakas for concentrating the mind during meditation. Bhagawan in Geetha presented us all the simplified things for practice as compared to then (at the time of Geetha Bodha) existing practices in addition to some of new concepts / deffinitions for Yagnyam, Tyagam, Sanyasam, Yogam, Thapas etc. on which if interested I am pleased to share the views. Yours in Sairam, RB Yamasani, Dubai, UAE. <yamasani
