Guest guest
Hello Members, I am the member of this group and learning lot of things from the mails disturbed to all with this medium. I have one problem and would like to mitigate it before it bursts and damage my life. In brief the problem is control of my mind. To explain the above problem, I am getting disturbed by so many thoughts and feelings when ever I have free time. Means I need to be engaged in any work, which is also not good every time. Every time I feel that GOD is not looking at me or testing me or I might have done some mistakes. just to give a example, if I get a small heated discussion with my wife then I start thinking of all the bad happenings to my life starting from the childhood to till day and felt very bad to express that feelings go beyond the existence. There is no limit to the subject on which I get the feelings be it a project work, company, colleagues, family, friends, relatives, others etc… Hope you understand my problem. If not please let me know your doubts if any. What I am looking for a possible solution which can mitigate my thoughts and put my mind in a good direction and in a positive way too. Guest guest
My Dear Prasad, Love and Love alone.... You are Sivapuram's Prasadam. Siva is Mangala kaaraka. From Mangala kaaraka, only auspicious things should emanate. You, being such an auspicious being, why and how do you think you are otherwise?! Only today I sent the following to Telugu Bhakti Pages: I send it again. Please read what Swami Sivananda says about the mind. I hope this should answer your question fully. May God Bless You. " The best medicine or panacea for all diseases and for keeping good health is kirtan, japa and regular meditation. The Divine waves electrify, rejuvenate, vivify, energise the cells, tissues, nerves. Another cheap but potent drug is to keep oneself always joyful and cheerful. Study Gita, daily one or two chapters with meaning. Keep yourself fully occupied which is a remedy to keep off thoughts of worldliness. Fill the mind with sattva and enjoy wonderful health and peace. Obtain an association with the wise, cultivate faith, serenity, truthfulness, courage, mercy, devotion, love, cheerfulness, confidence, divine thought and divine virtues. Allow the mind to run in the spiritual direction, in divine grooves, your mind will be peaceful and generate harmonious vibrations. You will enjoy excellent mental health and have no physical disease. " Love and Love alone.... P.
