" Sadaachaararato dheemaan satyavaadee jitendriyaha susaantamanaso vipro mantrayogetu saadhakaha nityanaimittikam karma pratyaham niyataatmakaha samaacharan sudheehi paschaatsweshtamantram prasadhayeat " The striver(sadhaka) who wants 'Mantrasiddhi' must and should have the qualities. 'Sadaachaara rataha' :- He must be a follower of traditional rules and regulaion as said in those tradition. 'Dheemaan':- He must be wise in all of his idais 'Satyavaadee':- He must be in a habbit of speaking truth 'Jitendriyaha':- He must conquer all his Indriyas (Pancha gnaanendriyahs + Pancha karmendriyahs + Mind = Total 11) 'Susaantamanasaha' He has to be in pleasing mind 'Vipro mantrayogetu saadhakaha':-He has to be the qualities of Brahmin whoose aim is attaining Brahamapadam, on his way of striver to get the Mantrasidhhi 'Nitya naimittikam karma pratyaham niyatatmakaha':-He has to perform his daily routine Pooja. And he is also perform the Naimittikam karma which should be performed on special occations like DARSI and POURNMAASI etc.,with keen interest. 'Samaacharan sudheehi paschat swesthamantram prasaaddhayeat':- After performing the above only he has to start the 'Mantrajapam' etc. as teached to him by his Master (Guru). As the moral qualities are very importent, and as the striver should not come back from his path without reaching the goal, the Rishis framed these rules above for the benifit of striver. This is our tradition whih is noble and to be implimented by all.
