Here are some tips on Nutrition (esp. with regard to taking two ripe banana fruits). I have received it from a different source and I do not remember having seen it in TBP. So, I am posting to share it with you all. Love and Love alone.... P. Iron which improves Hemoglobin and prevents Anemia. 2. Sugars - Fructose , Sucrose and Glucose to boost energy and give calories. 3. Potassium - good for Hypertension , good for Heart and prevents muscle cramps after dehydration and after diuretic therapy. 4. Phosphorus - good for Brain , Heart and cellular metabolism. 5. Neurotropic vitamins - B1 , B6, and B12 good for nervous system. 6. Vitamin A - good for night vision. 7. Amino acid Tryptophan which elevates Serotonin - good for mood elevation and a sense of well being and happiness. 8. Fibre - good for Gastro Intestinal Tract. 8. Banana Milk shake with Honey and Ice good in summer and to stop heart burn. But a word of caution - too many are not good for diabetics.
