ASHTTAAVAKRA is a Great Vedic Scholar since in-itero but due to irreverence

 

towards His Father , a poor Vedic Scholar himself, had to pay the penalty of

being

 

born deformed. Lateron He made amends apologised to His Father and became

 

normal . Ashttavakra went on to become a Great vedic Scholar in King

Janaka's

 

court and brought name, fame and fortune to his family.
