Guest guest
The details of installation etc. of Rangavalli software are given at: http://chaitanya.bhaavana.net/Rangavalli/download.html It uses tikkana fonts. The transliteration scheme is also explained there. It is as follows: a A(aa) i I(ee) u U(oo) R e E(ae) ai o O(oe) au aM a@h ka kha ga gha ~ma cha(ca) Cha ja jha ~na Ta Tha Da Dha Na ta tha da dha na pa pha ba bha ma ya ra ~ra la va Sa sha sa ha La ksha One does not have to be connected to internet to use it. RTS written texts may be converted into Telugu script using padma at http://www.geocities.com/vnagarjuna/padma.html After a few weeks of reading and writing telugu in RTS, one gets accustomed to it. One does not need telugu script. Hope this helps.
