A simple procedure for receiving Reiki where ever you are in this world

Dear TBP Members,

 

Sai Ram. I was inspired to share the following procedure for

receiving Reiki by any one, any time, anywhere in the world. And it

is free. If they want to donate, let them spend what they think it is

worth for some good cause. Sai Ram.

Reiki Master and Sai Devotee

 

 

 

To receive distant REIKI, pl. follow the following procedure.

 

1) Sit down or better still, lie down in a relaxed posture. Choose a

time and place where you can go to sleep if needed. So, your room and

night is a good time.

 

2) Repeat the Attitude of gratitude:

 

a) I thank myself for being here.

 

b) I thank Reiki for being here.

 

c) I thank all Reiki Masters from Dr.Usui to the

present day Masters for being here. You can also thank your God and

Guru for being here with you.

 

d) Reiki, pl. make me whole and complete.

 

3) Breathe deeply and slowly and consciously relax.

 

4) Listen to some soothing and relaxing music.

 

5) Light some nice incense stick in the room and pray

to your favorite God / Guru (if you prefer) before starting.

 

6) Please place your hands (palms down) at any place on your body as

you are guided by your inner mind during the Reiki session.

 

You may go to sleep and that is OK. If not, when you feel sufficient

time has passed, pl. get up slowly and thank Reiki and all the Reiki

Masters for the gift of Reiki.

 

Move slowly till you feel normal and comfortable.
