Today (tomorow for some members), the 29th July 2007 is Guru Purnima, Ashadha Purnima, also known as Vyasa Purnima since Sri Veda Vyasa also was a Guru. All Gurus are One just as all Gods are One. And all Gurus are One with all Gods! So, on this happy day, let us all bow down in humility and place our egos at the holy feet of Sadguru Sainath, Who is One with All Gurus. Sai Ram. Sri Datta Saranam Mama. Spiritual health is the key to good mental health and good mental health is the key to good physical health. Sometimes, body goes through lot of suffering when the mind is becoming purer just as detox of the body can cause some distress. Pray to Guru to help you and you will come through this ordeal.
