Guest guest
PRIYA BHAGAVAT BANDUVULLARA! VOICE OF THE RISHIS: 69 COURTESY: SHRI RAPARLA JANARADHANA RAO " BRAHMAVID BRAHMAIVA BHAVATHI " " The seeker after Brahma and the Lord finally become one, the Lord himself " . Here the saying denotes that " the seeker ultimately becomes the sought " . This is also another adage indicating the `adwaita' philosophy of the philosophy or oneness. The constant dwelling on the heavenly ways of God brings into the aspirant a metamorphosis. In the meditative process, the seeker forgets his own self and becomes in the final stage, equal with the power that he intensely prays for. He becomes totally submerged in the highest goal, he establishes himself to namely, God and Brahma. `The seeker becomes the sought `Brahmavid Brahmaiva Bhavati'. In the ultimate final the devotee due to his tireless endeavor, becomes himself, the Brahma. What an exhilarating idea of oneness! What a rapport! What a communion! And what a great unison! An " imperfect " finally becoming " perfect " an impure attaining immaculate purity. This state of completeness or fulfillment is also well described in another great Vedic text of great metaphysical significance (also described here in the second saying) " Om Poorna Madah, Poorna midam " . There is a complete whole (Poorna Madah), and here too is a complete whole (Poorna Midam). There God is in his resplendent fullness and here too (man) is a complete whole. Thus in the present text the seeker after Brahma is becoming Brahma himself, is a great concept signifying oneness of man with God.
