Guest guest
PRIYA BHAGAVAT BANDUVULLARA! VOICE OF THE RISHIS: 80 COURTESY: SHRI RAPARLA JANARDHANA RAO " YATRAKRUTI STATRA GUNAAH " " As one looks, so are his traits " . Your form, or body language, reveals your inner traits " . There is the new faculty grown as physiognomy and its allied faculty body language. The question is can it be accurate, and can the assessment of personality by appearance be gauged correctly. The answer is yes and no. Sometimes our calculations go astray. The human element is beyond any tight jacket formulations. But this factor alone shouldn't hinder us from having a broad understanding of the personality before us. In every interview the interviewers by various norms try to assess the nature and traits of the interviewed. Broadly speaking, barring few exceptions, good facial and physical features are generally traced out in good characters. Rough, shoddy looks often are found in undesirable characters. Hence this saying that they physical features reflect inner traits of a person may be accepted in a general way. But in these days of sophistication, plastic surgeries and dress styles, it may be often prove difficult to arrive at right conclusions about a personality by observing the outward form. However, the saying with all its limitations deserves our serious consideration.
