KNOWLEDGE AS INSULATION: You don't touch a faulty electrical point

without insulating your hand. Similarly, to live life happily, without

stress or distress, you need internal insulation. You believe that you

are matter and unnecessarily get affected by the world. This will not

happen if you have adequately insulated yourself with the true

knowledge about yourself. Knowledge of the Self is the ultimate

insulation. Once insulated you go through life like a dancer. You can

achieve the synchrony of song, rhythm and emotion by aligning with the

vertical axis, as done by a dancer. You are the dancer dancing to the

world's beat; the world providing the musical accompaniment. You

become a picture of beauty and charisma if you are in tune with the
