INNER INTELLIGENCE

INNER INTELLIGENCE: The human body is constantly creating itself,

again and again, everyday. If we are creating ourselves all the

time, then it is never too late to begin creating the bodies we want

instead of the ones we mistakenly assume we are stuck with. Every

breath which we take is a creative act. A single oxygen atom which

we breathe in immediately attaches itself to the hemoglobin inside

one of our red blood cells. In an instant, the blood cell changes

colour from the dark blue-black of oxygen-starved hemoglobin to the

bright red of oxygen-rich hemoglobin. This is how the river of life

moves along, with utmost fluidity, intelligence and creativity. We

are a flowing river of atoms and molecules collected from every

corner of the cosmos. We are a reservoir of intelligence that cannot

be exhausted. As a Vedic verse declares: " The inner intelligence of

the body is the ultimate genius of nature. It mirrors the wisdom of
