While Sri Chitambara Swamy was in sand toumb during this incident the

River Penna was over flowed on it for three days continuesly due to

heavy rains. Our Swamy was survived by his supreme power and with

his 'Mahima' which cannot be estimated by any one.

 

On the banks of River Penna, there is a village named as 'Pamidi' In

that village a person named as Sarana Ramappa was residing. He was a

devotee of SAMBASIVA. Apart from his Sivabhakti he devoleped a habbit

of feeding the poor daily. But he was having a desire to visit VARANASI(Kasi

Kshetram) a piligrim centre in northren India. But his income was not sufficient

to fulfil his desire as he is daily

spendingmoneyforfeedingthepoor.Henceonedayheperformed 'Rudrabhishekam'to lord

Siva ( Bhoga lingeswara swamy at local Shiva temple) situated on the banks of

River PENNA and pryed the lord to fulfil his long lasting desire. On his way

back to his house Sri Chitambara Swamy appeared before him and ordered to dig in

the centre of his newly constructed house. Sarna Ramappa obeyed the orders of

our Swamy without any hesitation. As a result Ramappa found two big pots

containing full of gold coins, with pleasure and astonishment. Ramappa felt very

happy and made necessary arrangements for his piligrimage to VARNASI along with

his friends and relatives. Very first Ramappa came to our swamy and prayed to

come over to varanasi along with him. But our swamy simply rejected his request.

 

Sarana Ramappa with his group reached Varanasi and went to

MANIKARNIKA GHAT to take bath in the holy ganges and to complete

Rituals. There our Swamyji appeared before them while all of Ramappa

group welcomed him with astonishment and with admiration. Our swamiji

taken all the required steps, in fulfilling the rituals by Sarana Ramappa and

his group by telling 'Sankalpa' etc., Sri Swamiji returned to pamidi village

along with them. Immediatly after entering into the village, Sarana Ramappa

heard that Sri Swamiji was not at all moved from Pamidi village. Our Swamiji

showed LEELA by appearing at Varanasi and Pamidi village at the same time.

Swamiji also appeared in several houses of his deciples in different places

during the above period which was his LEELA.

 

Sri Chitambara Swamiji trained his deciples to be brave for any

incident occures in daily life, trusting the Almighty. He teached

about Vedanta, Gnana and Moksha to his deciples. He fulfilled the

desires of his devotees by his blessings.

 

Sri Chitamabara Swamy finally took the decission to enter into JEEVA

SAMAADHI (entering into the tomb with life for ever) so as he may

stretch his helping hand by his blessings to the common man when he

shall come over at his rescue. So he selected a place in PENAKACHERLA

village located in Anantapur District and entered into JEEVA

SAMAADHI. Even after entering into Jeeva samaadhi Sri Chitambara

Swamy is still fulfilling the desires of his devotees. Now the PENAKACHERLA

Village became a piligrim spot and several people are visiting that place with

devotion.
