Guest guest
ASHTAAVAKRA learnt all Vedas even while he was in his mother's womb, as he comes from a family of Vedic Scholars. Unfortunately he was born deformed and hence named Ashtaavakra. As a boy of 12 years he went to King Janaka's court to rescue his father from a defeat in Vedic Sabha, succeded in winning the Vedic Discussion among all Scholars and taught Janaka Raajarshi about Aathma Jnaanam, Vairaagya Bhaavana and Moksha saadhanam. How proud his father must have felt in having such a great son.
