Guest guest
He was the very embodiment of divine bliss and the central pillar of self knowledge. Baba's form did not appear to have beginning or end. He loved all. Never did he show any discrimination. The all pervading divinity had assumed Baba's form. Baba is none other than Parabrahman in a human form. Only fortunate people of accumulated virtues and pious life shall alone know him to be divine. Those who cannot find him to be divine consider him to be an ordinary person. Such people are really unfortunate. Before assuming the form of Baba, where was he? He was present everywhere in a formless subtle form. Before you assume this form, where were you? You were in another body. Where does Baba go after he drops his body? He will be present in the entire cosmos. Where do you go after your death? You are sure to go to some other body. By this we understand that you have birth after birth. But not God, now and then at will, God appears in a form and that is Sai. People assume infinite names, infinite forms and are in infinite families, but Baba has no form and name. Once in the presence of people in Shirdi, Baba declared, that Atman has nothing to do with the body. He described the Upanishads pertaining to the self or the Atman. Everybody was astonished by it. He is the eternal Atman. For 72 hours, he was engrossed in Samadhi. If we know what he did during then, we understand him to be not a body, but the blissful Atman. On the full moon day, in the month of Mrigaseersh, Baba said, " Protect my body for three days. If I come back to the body after 72 hours, well and good; if I fail to come back, bury it in the vacant land in front of us and plant two flags for identification " He also showed him the specific place for the proposed burial. Having said so, he fell down at 10'° clock in the night. His breath stopped. Pulse is frozen. Body appeared to be dead. People from the village had assembled to bury the body in the selected place but, Mahalsapathi prevented them from burying. (to be contd….)
