Growth

 

Growth consists in the quality of absorbing knowledge whenever and

wherever it emerges and expressing its effects thereafter. In this

twin process of absorption and expression lie the worth and essence of

human life.

 

Watch your thoughts faithfully. Be equally attentive to your speech

and behaviour to see whether the knowledge gained has been integrated

well. Integrate what you read and hear, with the mind. Integrate the

mind with your deeds. Integration thus is the sole word of growth and

evolution. Be an integrated person.
