Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 If you are watching your weight but have to go out for dinner where low- fat foods are not likely to be on the menu, ask the waiter to bring you freshly squeezed lemon juice to sip, or four or five slices of fresh orange.
