Quick Nausea Relief

 

Ginger has been used in the Est for over 2000 years. It has a calming,

warming effect on the body and is superb for the relief of travel and

morning sickness. If you are feeling nauseous, take one or two capsules

of ginger every three or four hours, or sip singer tea.
