attracted by the scent

of perfumed flowers

in your long dark hair,

He came,

He smiled,

and placed His head

on your chest

and closed His eyes

to sleep.

 

It's already morning,

O dark-haired one,

with dark eyes

lined with dark collyrium,

Wake up,

and wake Him up;

We have arrived to worship!
