Tenth Holy Saying

" If you seek my advice and help it shall be given to you at once1'

Who seeks the help of Baba; Only his devotees. Who does not seek his

help' He who does not know about Baba. Is there anybody, anywhere in the

world who does not request God for help? Is there a God who is ready to

give us the needed help? Yes, there is. He is Shri Shirdi Sai Nath.

 

How Baba has helped his devotees and saved the people of Shirdi from a

storm is a great wonder. Let us learn about it. One day in the evening

there was the threat of an approaching cyclone in Shirdi. The sky was

overcast with dark and thick clouds. Wind was high and tempestuous.

There was rain accompanied by lighting and thunder. There was a heavy

downpour. The entire village was almost in water. All the fields were

inundated. All the beings were scared. Birds, beasts and people were

afraid of death in the storm.

 

They all ran for shelter in the mosque. There were many local temples at

Shirdi but they could not offer shelter. Therefore they all requested

Baba to stop the cyclone. Baba was pleased with their devotion and stood

on the edge of the verandah staring at the cyclone and commanded it to

stop the downpour. He asked it to mitigate its anger and reduce the

rain. Within a few minutes, it ceased to rain. The wind reduced its

force and speed. The storm stopped. Sky was clear. Moon began to shine

bright. All people were happy and they all returned to their respective

houses.

 

The moment the devotees of Baba begged him to stop the storm, he came to

their rescue. Other gods in the town could not help them. Only by the

help of Baba they were all able to get protection. This indeed is divine

help.

 

Baba's help means God's help. Baba means God himself. He is the very

center of form and formlessness. He is both visible and invisible. He is

Prakrithi and Purusha, Parvathi and Parameshwara in one. He is all and

full. He is ever blissful. He is the truth. He is Existence, knowledge

and bliss.

 

Baba's grants

The infinite energy of cosmos in the form of Baba is offering you

fearlessness. It is ready to help you always. Your only duty is now to

make a request. It will be immediately granted. What request? How to

request? When to request? Who is to request?

 

Today all over the world, the devotees of Baba are all putting forth

countless desires before Baba. Crores of people are receiving his help.

His suggestion of infinite spiritual value are being received by many a

devotee. They are progressing on the path of spirituality under the

guidance of Baba.
